- Proven experience implementing legal process improvements and efficiencies
Responsibilities
- Independently draft, review, and negotiate procurement, sales, partner, and other commercial agreements
- Own and improve legal processes and workflows within commercial contracting areas
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional, high-visibility legal projects
- Provide strategic legal solutions that balance risk and business objectives
- Manage workload and priorities while communicating status and issues to stakeholders
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
- Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction
- Undergraduate degree in related field
