Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements including vendor, technology, data sharing, and partnership contracts
- Advise Product and Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle on legal, regulatory, and privacy issues
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering and other stakeholders to structure strategic transactions and relationships
- Develop and implement standardized contract templates and processes to scale legal operations
- Support ad hoc legal and regulatory projects and help define the role as the business grows
Education
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar
- Authorization to work in the United States
