Job Description:

What You'll Do
 

Responsible for the overall management of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment process. Executes Business Unit Compliance & Regulatory initiatives. Conducts risk and control evaluations from a compliance execution perspective on 2nd Line of Defense (LOD) projects per business and across the CB enterprise.  Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages business, compliance, and regulatory risk within the teams you oversee. 

How You'll Do It

  • Develops and implements job aids and tools to facilitate completion of policy and standard requirements. Identifies and implements controls to manage operational, financial, and compliance risks. Monitors the risk and control environment for weaknesses or non-compliance and identify solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency of controls. Oversees the completion of Business Unit Compliance and Regulatory 2nd LOD. 

  • Creates and distributes Regulatory Change Management data and risk reports. Discusses results with leadership. 

  • Oversees the completion of compliance specific business control projects. Oversees development, implementation and administration control standardization. 

  • Manages and develops a team. 


Qualifications You'll Need
Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and Management.

  • 8+ years of experience in Credit Card Industry, Internal Audit, and Management.


Preferred Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and Management. 

  • 8+ years of experience in Consumer Banking compliance and regulatory risk, including Credit Card and Lending industry.

  • Certifications and Licenses: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certification in Control Self-Assessment, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $106,000.00 to $178,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
