Responsibilities
- Assist in processing Workers’ Compensation claims, research, and medical case management.
- Respond to information requests from management, employees, departments, and vendors.
- Analyze and apply workers’ compensation laws, rules, and regulations.
- Write clear and accurate reports and correspondence.
- Gather and analyze information with effective communication of findings.
- Maintain confidential documents and personnel data within various databases including PeopleSoft.
- Adapt to change and collaborate effectively with team members.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, public administration, sociology, business administration, or related field required.
