Responsibilities
- Review site plans, plats, and construction plans related to community facility policies.
- Prepare and negotiate Community Facility and Future Improvement Agreements and amendments.
- Act as liaison between development community, third-party consultants, and city staff to ensure documentation and ordinance compliance.
- Handle financial guarantees, invoicing, and collection of applicable development fees.
- Schedule and participate in meetings to resolve project issues and maintain development progress.
- Monitor and maintain Division email communications.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, finance, or related field
