ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Demand Generation will lead Teikametrics’ performance marketing and growth strategy, owning end-to-end digital performance across customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement, and pipeline acceleration. This senior role will drive revenue and lead growth by designing and scaling full-funnel digital campaigns and lifecycle marketing programs. You will lead a team of marketers while collaborating cross-functionally to align marketing execution with company goals. You will bring expertise in paid media, conversion rate optimization (CRO), attribution modeling, and data-driven testing frameworks. Your strategic oversight and hands-on ability to dig into campaign data, automation tools, and platform capabilities will shape how we scale our marketing investment for impact.
*We are looking to have this individual join us in a hybrid capacity, coming into the office 1 day per week.
