Our fundraising strategy is not traditional—we leverage paid media, webinars, publishers, influencer campaigns, and conversion-optimized funnels to fuel retail investor participation at scale.

About The Role

We’re hiring a Director of Investor Relations who embodies the OPG mindset: Owner, Partner, Guardian. This is a high-impact role that blends capital markets strategy, investor communication, and performance marketing into one cohesive function. You won’t just maintain investor trust, you’ll help acquire, activate, and retain it across thousands of stakeholders.

You’ll be the architect and operator of our investor-facing engine. This includes being responsible for both external comms and internal capital strategy, with full oversight of investor marketing campaigns, webinars, and all touchpoints across the investor journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investor Communication & Reporting

    • Own the full lifecycle of investor-facing communications including quarterly updates, financial recaps, roadmap briefings, and milestone reports

    • Write and design high-impact updates, decks, and videos that inspire confidence and clarity

    • Collaborate with CEO for investor webinars, AMAs, and behind-the-scenes briefings

  • Fundraising & Capital Strategy (Reg A+ Focus)

    • Lead investor acquisition strategy across Reg A+ facility by managing both accredited and non-accredited investor communications

    • Build and optimize the full marketing funnel for investor acquisition, including paid campaigns, webinar strategy, retargeting, and conversion tracking

      • Please note, you will be able to utilize an existing marketing engine that includes high-level marketing practitioners that support messaging, paid advertising and digital asset creation

    • Partner with marketing and media teams to align messaging, audiences, and creative performance

  • Investor Marketing Ownership

    • Run point on all outbound investor marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social, publisher integrations, and strategic influencer partnerships

    • Own the investor webinar calendar by recruiting speakers, crafting narratives, and driving attendance and follow-up strategy

    • Monitor funnel metrics and investor behavior across campaigns, optimizing for CAC, conversion, and retention

  • Investor Community & Brand Trust

    • Be the human face of RAD’s investor relations—fielding inbound questions, managing updates, and maintaining high-touch relationships with key holders

    • “Oversee a team dedicated to supporting everyday investor inquiries across the RAD ecosystem.”

    • Build community among 9,000+ investors, cultivating insiders, brand evangelists, and repeat participants

    • Maintain compliance alignment with legal counsel and ensure all investor-facing material is on-brand and legally sound

About You

  • 5-10 years in investor relations, capital markets, startup fundraising, or direct-to-investor marketing

  • Proven experience with Reg A+, Reg CF, or direct-to-retail capital formation is preferred, but not mandatory

  • Exceptional communication skills; the candidate should be both clear and inspiring, across written, visual, and verbal mediums

  • Fluent in investor psychology, fundraising strategy, and campaign funnel mechanics

  • Comfortable owning performance data, creative testing, and stakeholder engagement end-to-end

  • Operates like a founder—calm under pressure, strategic in action, urgent by default

  • Paid investor marketing campaigns perform at or above CAC benchmarks

  • Investor communication is consistent, polished, and aligned with the RAD brand

  • Retail investor funnel is fully built out, tracked, and optimized

  • The CEO is free to focus on big-picture capital strategy—because you’ve got the rest covered
