You’ll be joining our small, fast-moving marketing team during one of the most exciting phases in Evertune’s growth. We’re fewer than 20 people today, which means your work won’t just contribute to the product – it’ll help shape the team, culture, and trajectory of the company. Your Role:
Evertune is looking for a creative, channel-savvy Growth Marketer to help us scale awareness, drive demand, and accelerate adoption in a brand-new category. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of short-form content, evergreen campaigns, and channel experiments that put Evertune in the conversations that matter most.
You’ll work across our key distribution platforms – email, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more – to engage marketers with the right message at the right moment. Whether it’s building a campaign from scratch or jumping on an emerging trend, you’ll translate strategy into high-impact execution that drives results.
This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, thrives in ambiguity, and understands how to blend brand, content, and performance into measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop growth and account-based marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and leads
Own and execute our data-driven short-form content strategy across high-impact channels: LinkedIn, email, YouTube, website/SEO, and more
Identify and jump on emerging trends in marketing, AI, and SEO – turning timely insights into short-form content, campaigns, or quick hits
Translate product launches and insights into bite-sized content that supports GTM motions
Support sponsorship and event programs with a lead gen mindset
Build systems for continuous testing and drive scalable, data-backed growth initiatives
Collaborate closely with the Insights Marketer, Product Marketing, and GTM teams to align on messaging and priority themes
Bring creativity to how we show up – whether it's a visual carousel, lo-fi video, or clever copy format
Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in growth marketing or demand gen in a B2B SaaS environment
Deep understanding of marketing channels and analytics to figure out what works, what doesn’t, and what’s worth testing
Excellent copy instincts for short-form content: email, social, paid ads, video scripts, etc.
You’re plugged into marketing and AI conversations – you know what’s bubbling up and how to jump in
Experience building multi-touch campaigns that nurture and convert across the funnel
Highly collaborative and self-directed – you spot gaps and fill them without being asked
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where speed and iteration matter
Nice to Have:
Experience marketing to modern marketing teams (growth, SEO, demand gen, etc.)
Light design/video skills (Canva, Descript, Figma, etc.) to bring content to life without a designer
Familiarity with tools like Clay, HubSpot, Mutiny, or Webflow
A presence on LinkedIn, X, or other marketing communities

Compensation Philosophy & Benefits:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, perks & benefits, and development opportunities at Evertune AI. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Evertune AI employees. It is our expectation that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Evertune AI will land well within our salary ranges based on these factors.
