About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, creative Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team on a mission to redefine how supply chains work. You’ll help shape how the world sees Lyric, leading go-to-market plays, crafting messaging that actually makes people care, and giving sales and marketing the tools they need to crush it. If you geek out on translating complex tech into clear value, love a good launch plan, and want to help build something big (without all the red tape), we’d love to have you on the team.
What You’ll Do
Support and Maintain a Clear, Compelling Messaging Framework
Ensure Lyric’s positioning resonates with supply chain buyers and is consistently reflected across the web, pitch decks, marketing assets, demos, and events.
Bring clarity to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), priority personas, and buyer journey, ensuring our messaging maps directly to customer needs and decision-making moments.
Drive High-Impact GTM Campaigns with Demand Generation
Lead campaign strategy for key features, verticals, and segments, delivering measurable growth in pipeline and engagement.
Play a central role in everything from crafting narratives to driving coordinated rollout plans across sales, marketing, and customer success.
Equip Sales with Content That Converts
Deliver and maintain sales enablement tools – battlecards, objection-handling guides, and narratives that boost confidence and improve win rates.
Partner with Sales leadership to align on training needs, rollout plans, and usage metrics to ensure tools are embedded and effective.
Fuel the Content Engine with Strategic Thought Leadership
Partner across teams to create blogs, whitepapers, webinars, videos, and other assets that educate and drive demand. Bring forward customer voices through testimonials, case studies, and advocacy programs to spotlight real-world value and outcomes.
Establish Market and Competitor Intelligence Rigor
Build a repeatable process for gathering and applying customer, market, and competitive insights to sharpen positioning and influence product roadmap.
Maintain a strong pulse on key industry analysts and integrate key research and thought leadership pieces into the greater Lyric storylines.
About You
5-7+ years of product marketing and/or supply chain roles, with a strong pulse on how real-world supply chains run.
Understand supply chain solutions like inventory optimization, network design, demand forecasting, or supply planning. If not, you are excited to learn quickly!
Proven track record of successful messaging and marketing positioning; able to craft narratives that resonate deeply with supply chain leaders and data science teams.
A natural storyteller who can take operational complexity and translate it into simple, compelling value propositions in different formats i.e. a whitepaper, demo script, or customer case study.
Highly analytical and data-driven, you enjoy digging into market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to sharpen your strategy.
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and driving alignment across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
Comfortable wearing many hats; you’ve led product launches, analyst submissions, campaign development, and enablement initiatives, and you’re happy to roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
Previously built and scaled highly effective sales enablement programs and tooling.
We’re Also Looking For
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Bonus: Experience working in platform-first products and/or category creation work. Even better if you’ve worked on something where data science, ML, or decision intelligence were central to the story!

Location: Remote - US.
Compensation: The base cash compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000. Base cash will be determined based on years of experience, with an additional 20% variable compensation that is earned based on individual & business performance. You will also have the opportunity to receive equity in Lyric.
