The US SME Customer Marketing team deepens relationships with existing customers by offering powerful backing and financial support to Small & Middle Market businesses through the US SME distribution system (digital, phone & field sales).
The Senior Analyst, Digital Customer Marketing, will support the Senior Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies designed to nurture business accounts, generate leads, and drive engagement with our Sales/Account Development teams. This role involves complex campaign execution, quantitative analysis, and a deep understanding of how marketing capabilities can drive efficiency. They will collaborate closely with a variety of partners across the organization, including Sales, Analytics, Technology and Product. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a transformational strategy for the business.
