About the role 🖥️
  • The US Marketing Lead will play a key role in supporting and executing strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness, seller & buyer acquisition targets and sales revenue across the US. This role reports to the VP, Brand Marketing and will be based in New York, NY. You will be responsible for supporting the Vestiaire Collective US marketing strategy and growth, executing and coordinating local brand marketing projects. This is a short term maternity leave cover that is expected to be six months.


What you will do 👜
  • Lead, plan and execute the US brand marketing strategy in partnership with the US business and global marketing teams, building a local brand marketing calendar through compelling campaigns and activations that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Manage content marketing execution and brand campaigns across digital channels and US activations from brief to execution, ensuring alignment with brand voice, seasonal priorities, and timely delivery of quality outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives by identifying potential collaborators and creating innovative joint campaigns that expand market reach and enhance brand visibility to support growth in the US market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including US Influencer, PR & VIP Consignment teams, as well as global teams (Brand, Creative, Partnerships, Merchandising) to ensure strong marketing alignment and consistent messaging across touchpoints.
  • Report to the VP, Brand Marketing based in London while working closely with the US team to build an impactful marketing calendar and support US-specific marketing initiatives for both customer acquisition and seller engagement.
  • Lead and manage US brand marketing agency relationships and external vendor partnerships, collaborating with agency partners and production resources to execute campaign deliverables on time and on brand.
  • Contribute to budget planning and optimization of the local brand marketing budget, helping optimize channel mix based on performance data and campaign needs.
  • Support strategic planning and performance tracking by participating in seasonal planning meetings, developing briefs and campaign calendars, and using analytics and cultural trends to inform campaign iterations and propose new ideas.
  • Contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing by sharing best practices, tools, and supporting team coordination within the US marketing team.


Who you are ⭐
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or brand campaign management—ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or a consumer tech environment.
  • The ideal candidate will be a visionary marketing leader with experience leading innovative best-in-class global strategies and campaigns.
  • You have the talent, energy and passion to tell Vestiaire Collective’s story, demonstrate customer empathy and understand the buyer & seller mindset.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • You are skilled  at  driving  brand  growth  through  powerful  storytelling  and  innovative,  data driven  marketing  initiatives  and campaigns  with  deep  experience  in  strategy,  execution/  project  management,  and  optimization.      
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to excel through times of growth, ambiguity and change.       
  • You possess a strong drive of projects with ability to convince key stakeholders including regions and business leads.
  • You have strong attention to detail, you are organized with good management skills and have the ability to roll your sleeves up and lead by example at both strategic and tactical levels.  


$130,000 - $160,000 a year
