The Opportunity
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two members of our leadership team during a period of rapid growth. This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with regular in-person collaboration and travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and priorities for two executives
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, prep materials, and follow-up tasks
- Plan and oversee domestic travel logistics and itineraries
- Support creation of presentations, reports, and communications
- Handle expense reports, vendor coordination, and admin tasks
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant (supporting multiple leaders preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar/scheduling tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Trustworthy, discreet, and anticipates needs proactively
- Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities and regular regional travel
