Sr. Customer Success Manager, Grammarly for Education

Superhuman (including Grammarly for Education) is an AI productivity company serving millions of users and thousands of institutions. We're seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own post-sales lifecycle for enterprise higher-education accounts, drive adoption and renewals, demonstrate ROI, and scale success practices across institutional customers.

Skills

  • Proven customer success and account management experience with enterprise or education customers
  • Track record of driving renewals, retention, and expansion
  • Strong CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) and operational discipline
  • Analytical skills to interpret engagement metrics and inform strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort engaging C-level stakeholders and multithreaded decision-makers
  • Familiarity with AI/LLMs and ability to translate technical concepts into institutional value

Responsibilities

  • Own full post-sales lifecycle for assigned enterprise education accounts: onboarding, activation, adoption, and long-term success.
  • Lead end-to-end renewal strategies including pricing proposals and contract negotiations to maximize retention and growth.
  • Partner with Sales and Key Accounts to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Design and deliver enablement, training, and executive business reviews to align product value with institutional goals.
  • Use engagement data to identify risks and growth opportunities, taking proactive, data-driven action.
  • Act as trusted advisor translating AI/LLM capabilities into business value for educational stakeholders.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships and champions across departments and seniority levels.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to influence product roadmap and cross-functional improvements.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to team processes, playbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Background in education, EdTech, business, communications, or related fields is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or continued education in customer success, sales, or product management are a benefit
