Customer Experience Manager, Select

Bennie is a remote-first employee benefits broker and platform building an integrated benefits experience for employees, employers, and partners. The Customer Experience Manager will own service relationships for an assigned book of business, drive retention and satisfaction, support consulting deliverables, and collaborate across functions to deliver strategic benefits solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the service relationship and strategy for an assigned book of business to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Support execution of annual customer account plans and lead open enrollment presentations
  • Collaborate with consulting delivery, sales, data operations, and product teams to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements
  • Develop and deliver consulting deliverables and benefit strategies for assigned customers
  • Engage with insurance carriers, vendors, and partners to ensure effective execution on behalf of customers
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices and educate customers as needed
  • Maintain and grow relationships with customers, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Life & Health Producer’s License (required)
