About the role:
As the Staff Product Manager for the Earnings team, you will be the strategic and executional lead for our earnings ecosystem. You’ll define and deliver the vision for how users discover, engage with, and grow their earnings over time - while ensuring that our best earners become and remain high-retention Super+ members.
You will:
- Set the multi-quarter strategy for SP4 in collaboration with senior leadership and ensure it’s tied directly to company OKRs.
- Own the outcomes for acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization across the Earnings vertical.
- You will apply the Hook → Prove → Expand framework to design experiences that build trust, deliver value, and scale earning behavior. You’ll focus on improving acquisition quality, developing fraud-resistant and high-yield supply, and ensuring that every product decision balances user value with business growth.
- Lead a mission-aligned team across product, engineering, design, data, growth, and marketing.
- Partner closely with other Super.com verticals to ensure Earnings is both a standalone growth engine and an integrated driver of Super+ adoption.
- Drive innovation in product<>market<>model<>channel fit, informed by deep customer understanding, market trends, and competitive landscape.
This is a high-visibility role that requires strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to deliver results in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
