WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
At TFS, we’re embarking on a technology transformation journey, creating next generation products and platforms. We are seeking a Business/Product Analyst to help us bring our strategy to life, helping refine strategy, plan execution and develop key trainings. This role will require a person with strategy, coaching and technical expertise.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead large-scale, cross-functional trainings while creating the program structure and shared alignment with the teams.
Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the entire development life cycle.
Help Product Organization leader collaborate with the business, engineering, and architecture teams to launch targeted coaching, training and overall organization roll out.
Coordinate launch planning among various teams to synchronize program milestones across multiple workflows that satisfies different skill levels and personas.
Develop and execute scalable cross-organization trainings, processes, guides, mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs to deliver technology transformation across the enterprise.
Influence long-term and short-term product strategy for TFS.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology programs working directly with engineering teams.
Experience writing technical user stories.
Established track record in managing large customer-facing, cross-functional program initiatives, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Experience in partnering with product leaders to gain a deep understanding of the overall product strategy and desired customer experience.
Experience in agile methodologies to drive collaboration with diverse teams to enable the development of high-quality solutions.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Experience in leading the development of technical roadmaps with a deep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results.
ADDED BONUS IF YOU HAVE
Master’s degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or similar).
Experience with Commercial loan systems or similar work is preferred.
Experience working in the financial and banking industry.
Experience leading engineering teams in product driven companies.
Experience managing the delivery of SDKs, CX Frameworks and SaaS products.
Experience in machine learning and GenAI.
Experience managing programs on public cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
