Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve documentation, frameworks, and repeatable processes to support consistent product execution
- Align teams to the product release operating model in partnership with Product Operations and Technical Release Management
- Collect and document stakeholder feedback to iteratively improve release and delivery processes
- Track customer go-live requirements, monitor roadmap scope changes, and prepare materials for reviews and planning sessions
- Pull usage and adoption data, maintain dashboards, and analyze feedback to enable data-driven decisions
- Apply AI tools and modern workflows to automate tasks, streamline triage, and improve reporting and documentation
- Champion adoption of tools and standards through training, change management, and adoption tracking
- Organize and maintain artifacts in collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira, Airtable, Notion) to ensure transparency
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
