Responsibilities
- Partner with the executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development to support company growth.
- Build and scale HR programs for performance management, engagement, recognition, and career progression.
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting and hiring to maintain a healthy, diverse talent pipeline across teams.
- Manage HR operations, policies, compliance, and systems to ensure efficiency and alignment with business needs.
- Leverage people analytics and workforce metrics to assess organizational health and inform data-driven decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to drive operational excellence and measurable results.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus
- Continuous professional development in HR, leadership, or related disciplines encouraged
