Director of Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources will lead and execute people strategy across talent acquisition, performance, total rewards, compliance, and people operations to support growth and strengthen a high-performing, inclusive culture.

  • Full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition expertise
  • Organizational design, change management, and workforce planning
  • Experience with HR operations, policy, compliance, and HRIS
  • Strong people analytics and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Excellent consultative, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development to support company growth.
  • Build and scale HR programs for performance management, engagement, recognition, and career progression.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting and hiring to maintain a healthy, diverse talent pipeline across teams.
  • Manage HR operations, policies, compliance, and systems to ensure efficiency and alignment with business needs.
  • Leverage people analytics and workforce metrics to assess organizational health and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to drive operational excellence and measurable results.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus
  • Continuous professional development in HR, leadership, or related disciplines encouraged
