Outside Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist - Rochester, MN

SpotOn provides integrated POS, payments, and restaurant management solutions designed to help local restaurants and small businesses increase profits and improve customer and employee experiences. The Hospitality Specialist will represent SpotOn in an assigned Rochester territory, promoting the full product suite, building relationships with restaurant owners and small business merchants, managing the full sales cycle, and meeting sales targets through a mix of prospecting, demos, and collaboration with sales support.

Skills

  • Proven B2B sales and territory development skills
  • Strong cold calling and prospecting abilities
  • Business acumen to position tech solutions for SMB challenges
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Ability to learn and demo technology products clearly
  • Metrics-driven with strong accountability for targets

Responsibilities

  • Act as SpotOn’s local representative by selling POS, software, and payment solutions to restaurants and SMBs in your assigned territory
  • Prospect, cold call, and meet with business owners on-site to build relationships and sign new accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close and onboarding
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, focusing on software and payment product penetration
  • Coordinate with internal Sales Support and implementation teams to ensure customer success and retention
  • Travel within the designated territory to maintain a growing portfolio of clients and attend local events or meetings

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
