What You Will Do:
The Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales is a highly influential, remote-based sales role responsible for driving revenue growth and market share within an assigned geographic territory. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and building relationships with key decision-makers to negotiating and closing district-wide deals. This role requires the expert use of video conferencing and phone calls to conduct virtual meetings, where you will build deep partnerships with school and district leaders. Your primary objective is to meet and exceed your annual sales quota, establishing Sphero as the preferred STEAM solution in your region.
As a remote-based Account Executive, you are more than just a salesperson; you are a trusted consultant and an agent of change for the school districts in your territory. You will represent a beloved, innovative brand and be on the front lines of the movement to integrate robotics and computer science into K-12 education.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is a $107,000 - $138,000 OTE (base salary of $70,000-$90,000 plus commissions). Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
