- Technical procurement experience with PCB, PCBA, or electrical components
- Experience running RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and supplier evaluations
- Proven cost modeling and should-cost analysis skills
- Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Access or similar) to manage supplier performance
- Experience reading datasheets, drawings, and blueprints
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Effective written and verbal presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Manage demand aggregation and the sourcing plan for PCB, PCBA, and electrical hardware supporting Starshield production
- Act as supplier interface for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs and lead the RFX process and evaluation
- Develop and execute sourcing and cost-management strategies, including should-cost models
- Partner with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, planning) to enable prototype builds and production ramps
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance, lead-time, and capacity commitments
- Implement supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives to improve cost, quality, and delivery
- Present sourcing recommendations, cost reviews, and risk mitigation strategies to executive stakeholders
- Deploy analytical tools to monitor supplier metrics and inventory health
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered (see basic qualifications)
- Relevant certifications or coursework in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing a plus

- Base salary range $110,000 - $145,000 per year
