Responsibilities
- Review purchase requests and issue accurate purchase orders in a timely manner
- Ensure supplier acknowledgements and follow up on delivery commitments
- Review and validate quotes against SpaceX terms and requirements
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely vendor payments
- Expedite parts and services as necessary to meet production and facility needs
- Provide internal customer service to stakeholders across capital projects, facilities, and production
- Support cost savings and sourcing initiatives alongside procurement team members
- Lead and participate in procurement projects and process improvement efforts
Education
- Bachelor's degree OR
- 4+ years of professional experience in supply chain, production, or engineering in lieu of a degree
