Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site management and field operations for fast-paced, high-impact projects at the Hawthorne campus
- Manage construction logistics: deliveries, staging, inventory, offloading, and equipment
- Supervise, coordinate, and resolve conflicts between contractors and internal partners
- Create, enforce, and iterate worker and subcontractor schedules with engineering and project management
- Implement and enforce SpaceX safety policies and maintain SWPPP and regulatory compliance
- Maintain daily site logs, report status to management, and manage construction assets
- Solicit contractor proposals, assign contracts, develop project cost and schedule, and implement controls
- Coordinate with facilities and end users for operations and maintenance, and manage night shift contracts as needed
- Oversee contractor badging, site security, and jobsite cleanliness
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Technical degree or vocational training in construction-related field (preferred)
