Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels (digital, voice, etc.)
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Analyze trends and surface product, process, and training gaps
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and improve troubleshooting workflows
- Create and maintain internal knowledge base and help center content
- Advocate internally for customer needs and contribute to root-cause resolution
- Work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Education
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Willingness to complete classroom onboarding and shift training
