We’re looking for a Recruiter who will take full ownership of our end-to-end hiring process. This person will be the engine of our recruiting function: identifying, engaging, and closing exceptional talent across all functions.
You’ll be the face of Slash to candidates and play a critical role in scaling our team during a high-growth period. This is a high-agency, high-impact role — with the opportunity to grow into a Head of Talent role if you excel.
Own the full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews, closing candidates, and onboarding.
Pitch Slash to candidates, delivering a compelling story of our mission, culture, and vision.
Deliver a world-class candidate experience by staying hyper-organized, responsive, and proactive in all follow-ups and communications.
Design and refine recruiting systems and tooling that enable us to scale hiring efficiently and effectively.
Drive hiring goals by taking ownership of outcomes, identifying bottlenecks, and solving for gaps in our pipeline.
Has 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally at a high-growth startup or early-stage company.
Is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and obsessed with creating excellent candidate experiences.
Is high-agency and self-directed — someone who takes initiative and thrives without needing hand-holding.
Is a great communicator and storyteller, able to engage passive candidates and clearly convey our value proposition.
