Technical Recruiter (6-Month Contract)
Starpath Robotics is developing a full-stack solution for propellant production on the Moon, from mining to refilling landing craft. As part of this mission, we’re looking to bring on an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join us to help scale our highly technical teams. You’ll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring engineers, operators, and mission-driven people who will help us build a permanent industrial presence in space.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership recruiting role working directly with founders, hiring managers, and engineers to identify top talent across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
If you’re passionate about space, know how to assess deep technical talent, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments, we’d love to have you help us build.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, build pipelines, and optimize interview processes.
Conduct initial intro calls with technical candidates to assess fit and pitch the company.
Source and engage passive candidates through outbound strategies and creative sourcing tactics.
Run efficient, high-velocity hiring pipelines with a premium candidate experience.
Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate hiring processes.
Monitor, maintain, and optimize our ATS and internal tracking.
Represent Starpath to the outside world: craft job descriptions, manage job boards, and maintain a high bar for candidate interactions.
