Sales Enablement Manager, Domestic

Silvus Technologies builds advanced Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) radios and waveforms for mission-critical communications across defense, public safety, and commercial markets. The Sales Enablement Manager, Domestic will optimize sales efficiency and execution by managing Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs), refining processes, maintaining CRM discipline, and coordinating cross-functional enablement to drive pipeline and revenue growth across U.S. markets.

Skills

  • Experience managing inside sales or ISR teams with demonstrated performance improvement.
  • Proven CRM administration and discipline (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and strong reporting/forecasting skills.
  • Process optimization and sales operations experience, including dashboards and KPI tracking.
  • Strong project management, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) team to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and process adherence.
  • Identify sales execution gaps and lead initiatives to improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, and boost productivity.
  • Own sales operations rhythm: prepare meeting agendas, track action items, and drive accountability in recurring reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
  • Maintain CRM discipline (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and ensure accurate pipelines, forecasts, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards for leadership reviews and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with finance, legal, marketing, partners, and sales engineering.
  • Manage inbound requests, triage priorities, and serve as escalation point for ISR-related issues.
  • Maintain the U.S. trade show and events calendar and support event readiness and representation.
  • Develop and maintain centralized sales resources, playbooks, SOPs, templates, and knowledge management assets.

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, communications, or related field preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay range: $105,000–$145,000 USD (varies by experience).
