Job Description

About the Role
Trucordia is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on sales experience, work closely with seasoned professionals through mentorship, and build a clear career path in the insurance and financial services industry.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll learn the ins and outs of commercial insurance and risk management while developing your professional skills in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Chase goals and celebrate wins by hitting sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Be the spark—make the first connection with new leads and prospects.
  • Set the stage by booking phone calls and face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
  • Become a problem-solver by helping clients understand risk management and finding the right life and health solutions for them.
  • Master the playbook by learning and applying Trucordia’s proven sales strategies.
  • Work smarter, not harder by using our sales tools and management platform to keep everything on track.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree (all majors welcome, business-related majors a plus).
  • Prior sales, customer service, or campus leadership experience is a bonus, but not required.

Compensation: ($40 – 100K) – final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
