Role Description
Work with software license management or Sales on process and workflow management, focusing on scalable and efficient workflows
Work with software license leadership, Sales, Contracts, our Channel Partners, and Distribution on potential future initiatives
Build out official processes and procedures for new Projects and Programs
Provide sales and leadership consistent and regular BI reporting the effectiveness of projects and programs through recurring meetings and status messaging
Provide SWL Management reporting on the effectiveness of each partner within the projects and Programs
Continually look forward in discovering how to increase overall profitability via projects, processes, and tools
Assisting on Training initiatives across the department
Assisting the members of the department with account mapping
Assisting with running BI reports and compiling data for department RFPs (request for purchase)
Help standardize and manage SWL PowerBI (Business Intelligence) Dashboards
Work on updating and standardizing Internal Partner Pages
Keeping the EULA (End User License Agreement), LOAs (Letter of Authorization), and Important Partner Dates current and updated
Work with SPIFF (Sales Performance Incentive Funding Formula) approvals, reports, and payout submissions
Communicate partner updates throughout the department such as training, processes and procedures, newsletters
Notify sales leadership via Email and SharePoint prior to Quarter Ends of relevant dates
Help Managing the deal registration process and CRM (Customer Resource Management) Fields
Run and assist on the Open Deal Registrations Tracker managed through CRM via Excel
Systematically work on tracking Manufacturer Certification Requirements and SHI Certifications

Other Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
1-3 years of experience in a similar role or Partner Sales Support experience preferred
Ability to travel 15%
Ability to work flexible hours
Willingness to maintain Partner Certification(s) throughout employment
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 which includes a base plus bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
