Establishes practices, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient operations while providing an outstanding patient experience. Analyzes and maximizes patient flow while managing financial considerations. Plans, organizes, implements, manages, and evaluates staffing and employee competencies. Delivers performance reviews, staff recognition and staff counseling as appropriate. Ensures regulatory and accreditation standards are met and maintained for the medical group
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business or related field or a minimum of five years Healthcare leadership/management experience is required.
2. Minimum of three (3) – five (5) years of practice management experience within a medical practice, preferred.
