Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and focused Inside Sales Representative to generate new business through cold outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting. In this role, you'll conduct outbound calling and email campaigns targeting specific geographic areas and product verticals. You’ll be instrumental in re-engaging lapsed clients and creating sales opportunities in underutilized or lost markets. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B lead generation, is comfortable with high-volume outreach, and brings a solid understanding of advertising, print, or digital marketing. You will work closely with the sales team to warm up leads and pass qualified prospects to a Senior Account Executive for closing.

Key Responsibilities
Targeted Prospecting & Cold Outreach
Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email follow-ups to businesses in a specific geographic footprint (especially in the Eastern U.S.).
Re-engage past or lost customers with tailored messaging related to print advertising products.
Use company-specific CRM and tools to identify, track, and engage potential clients.
Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting
Qualify leads based on geography, product relevance, and market opportunity.
Schedule sales appointments for senior team members by building interest and educating prospects on the company’s direct mail and print advertising solutions.
Follow a consultative approach to understand customer needs and match them with the company's offerings.
Pipeline Management & Follow-Up
Maintain and update lead information in the internal CRM to ensure accurate tracking and timely follow-up.
Ensure consistent communication with prospects to move them from cold to warm status.
Collaborate closely with senior sales leaders to hand off qualified opportunities.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
2+ years in inside sales, cold calling, or B2B lead generation (advertising/media sales beneficial).
Familiarity with print, shared mail, or digital advertising is a plus.
Proficient in using CRM systems and outbound communication tools (email, phone, LinkedIn).
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to convey value quickly and clearly.
Self-starter with the ability to manage time, organize outreach efforts, and stay motivated without close supervision.

Previous exposure to small-market or lower to mid-sized population business clients.
