About Us

Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.

Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.

About the Role

As our Director, GTM Enablement, you will equip our go-to-market teams with the tools, training, content, and processes needed to drive revenue and scale efficiently. You will design and execute enablement programs that improve onboarding, sales readiness, product knowledge, and messaging consistency across teams. This role bridges Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and readiness throughout the customer journey.

As the Director, GTM Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our GTM strategy and enabling our teams to achieve their highest potential.

  • This is a high-impact, strategic role for a builder who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance structure with agility
  • Act as the connector between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and value delivery across the funnel
  • Lead enablement efforts across our customer-facing teams. This position plays a critical leadership role in enhancing the effectiveness of our go-to-market (GTM) organization, including Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Customer Success (CS) teams focused on onboarding and renewals.

  • Drive productivity, consistency, and performance across our growing GTM organization
  • Build and scale the programs, tools, and processes that empower our sales team to succeed
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure reps are equipped with the right knowledge, content, and training to drive pipeline and close revenue efficiently
  • Design, execute, and measure the success of enablement programs, continuously optimizing them to align with business objectives and drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Develop sales playbooks outlining best practices, strategies, and processes for various sales scenarios
  • Facilitate continuous learning through regular training sessions, workshops, and certifications
  • Design and own scalable onboarding programs that ramp new sales hires quickly and effectively and create continuous learning paths for tenured reps
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, objection handling guides, and competitive positioning
  • Ensure tight alignment with product team and GTM teams
