Sales Development Lead (Outbound/Enterprise)

Sama is a mission-driven AI data and annotation provider delivering high-quality training data for leading enterprises. We are seeking a metrics-driven Outbound Sales Lead to accelerate enterprise pipeline growth through hands-on outbound execution and by designing data-driven outbound programs, processes, and attribution.

Skills

  • Enterprise outbound sales and pipeline generation experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) and sequence optimization
  • Data-driven mindset: A/B testing, metrics tracking, and dashboarding
  • Strong CRM discipline and attribution practices
  • Cross-functional collaboration with AEs, RevOps, and Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-threaded outbound campaigns targeting C-level and technical personas to book 8–10 qualified enterprise meetings per month.
  • Drive at least $2M+ influenced pipeline per quarter and support average influenced deal sizes of ~$100K+.
  • Design and optimize outbound processes, sequences, persona-based messaging, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Build and maintain high-precision, segmented account lists leveraging firmographics and intent signals.
  • Manage and optimize the outbound tech stack (Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and ensure full CRM attribution.
  • Define KPIs, build real-time dashboards and performance reports, and enable AEs/BDRs on outbound best practices.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Ongoing professional development in sales operations, analytics, or GTM strategy encouraged
