Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operator to manage 12 Smoothie King locations across the Philadelphia/New Jersey region. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, and driving operational efficiencies across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of 12 Smoothie King locations, including staffing, inventory, customer service, and financial performance.
Ensure all locations meet brand standards for quality, cleanliness, and service.
Lead and motivate a team of managers and employees to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Monitor financials, manage budgets, and ensure profitability across all locations.
Develop and implement strategies for driving sales growth and operational improvements.
Oversee hiring, training, and development of staff at all locations.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant or retail management, preferably within QSR.
Proven track record in managing a portfolio of locations and driving operational success.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
In-depth knowledge of QSR operations, inventory management, and P&L oversight.
Must be based in the Philadelphia/New Jersey region.
