Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals ensuring supply continuity, quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate complex commercial terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to balance tradeoffs and resolve supply chain issues proactively.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain performance and track KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of supply chain professionals, including hiring top talent.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks related to supply disruptions or market changes.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
