As a Business Program Manager Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our DEI and talent strategies across the four pillars: Talent, Culture, Community, and Marketplace. You'll collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders while providing essential support to both the DEI and Talent Teams. This dynamic internship offers you the opportunity to develop professional skills while contributing to meaningful initiatives that shape our inclusive workplace culture.
About the Role
Assist with planning and setting up large scale meetings and team outings
Assist in creating high-level internal and external PowerPoints and Word documents
Monitor and manage the TMRN support inbox and respond to inquiries
Monitor TMRN Slack channels and board meetings
Capture and share meeting notes
Support cross-collaborate and Talent and DEI projects
About You
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of professional work or internship experience
Strong experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask and balance multiple projects with competing deadlines
Strong business acumen and communication skills
Capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of education in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications or Business
Experience with DEI initiatives or programs
Strong writing and communication skills
Previous internship experience in a corporate environment
