Responsibilities
- Prepare and format outbound bids using pricing inputs and historical data
- Track bid statuses and notify stakeholders of deadlines and outcomes
- Maintain organized records of pricing, allocation, and customer preferences
- Collaborate with Planning to understand volume and production
- Create, manage, and update outbound sales orders
- Track fulfillment status and coordinate with logistics partners
- Manage delivery documentation to complete shipments
- Ensure on-time payment and reconciliation when necessary
- Send and track outbound sample shipments
- Act as liaison among Product, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Associate's degree acceptable
