We’re looking for a rockstar Account Executive to join our team at Reacher. This role blends customer success with business development: you’ll be responsible for generating and closing new opportunities, nurturing relationships with business owners, and ensuring customers see maximum success on TikTok Shop using our platform.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building trust, driving growth, and staying hands-on through the full customer lifecycle—from prospecting and onboarding to long-term satisfaction and expansion.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, showing genuine care and professionalism through regular calls, in-person meetings, and event participation.
Lead Generation & Outbound: Own outbound prospecting and lead generation (email, events, networking, outbound campaigns). Leverage AI-powered tools for sequencing and pipeline building.
Sales-to-Success Lifecycle: Take prospects from initial contact through to closed-won and onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation and measurable customer satisfaction.
Strategic Guidance: Host 1:1 strategy sessions, group workshops, and customer training on TikTok Shop growth and Reacher best practices.
Churn Prevention & Retention: Monitor customer health and proactively engage at-risk accounts to maximize retention.
Network Expansion: Leverage your understanding of e-commerce and Amazon-style businesses to deepen our presence and credibility in the space.
Required Experience
3+ years in Account Executive, Account Management
Proven ability to manage the full cycle: prospecting, closing, onboarding, and retaining customers
Strong background in e-commerce, digital, or SaaS platforms
Experience building relationships directly with business owners and decision makers
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel for in-person meetings and events
Familiarity with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or affiliate/creator marketing
Existing network of e-commerce or Amazon ecosystem customers (bonus)
Hands-on skills with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, AI SDRs, or similar) to scale outreach and email sequencing
Workshop facilitation, training, or enablement experience
