Responsibilities
- Monitor overall client success and build strong, long-term client relationships
- Provide ongoing support and manage customer expectations, owning issues through to resolution
- Coordinate with sales, Technical Support, and Professional Services to ensure clients are supported across their journey
- Educate clients on product features and best practices to maximize solution value and drive adoption
- Conduct mitigative outreach and support when risks or issues are identified
- Stay current with product updates and act as a subject matter expert for clients
- Contribute to developing best practices and participate in other projects as needed
- Travel to client sites as required (approximately 25%)
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (related field such as business, communications, or education)
