Customer Success Associate

Raptor Technologies is a long-established provider of school safety software used by thousands of K-12 districts worldwide. They are seeking a motivated Customer Success Associate to deliver excellent ongoing support, drive product adoption, and build strong customer relationships across their existing client base while collaborating with sales, technical support, and professional services teams.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
  • High organizational and time-management ability in a high-volume role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Customer-centric attitude and professional demeanor
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Monitor overall client success and build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Provide ongoing support and manage customer expectations, owning issues through to resolution
  • Coordinate with sales, Technical Support, and Professional Services to ensure clients are supported across their journey
  • Educate clients on product features and best practices to maximize solution value and drive adoption
  • Conduct mitigative outreach and support when risks or issues are identified
  • Stay current with product updates and act as a subject matter expert for clients
  • Contribute to developing best practices and participate in other projects as needed
  • Travel to client sites as required (approximately 25%)

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (related field such as business, communications, or education)
