Responsibilities
- Serve as primary client contact and build strong, long-term relationships
- Assess client needs and provide guidance to optimize telehealth programs
- Monitor KPIs for engagement, utilization, and satisfaction and report findings
- Resolve client issues promptly and coordinate internal teams (clinical, technical, operations)
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Use digital communication tools (video, messaging, email) to support clients
- Develop and execute strategies to meet client goals and ensure program success
- Ensure client telehealth programs comply with relevant regulations and standards
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications or training in telehealth, healthcare administration, or sales are a plus
