To accomplish this, we are hiring a Partnership Manager to help steward CodePath’s university relationships, ensuring each institution experiences our programs as high-quality, mission-aligned, and transformative for their students. This role oversees the entire partner engagement lifecycle—from onboarding and program integration to expanding relationships and driving renewals. You will play a pivotal role in scaling CodePath’s impact by deepening institutional trust, cultivating campus champions, and ensuring seamless program delivery.
Success in this role involves translating institutional priorities into actionable solutions, delivering exceptional partner experiences, and quantifying CodePath's value through strong student outcomes and data storytelling.

CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring for a Manager level position at an annual salary of $85,000 to $110,000.
