You should be excited about the opportunity to scale a company and the impact of sales hiring. You will own the full recruiting cycle for our sales teams. Your role will ensure that hiring goals are met and directly contribute to our growth by identifying and attracting top-tier candidates. Additionally, you will be able to contribute to process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and other recruitment-related projects that drive Ramp's success in attracting and retaining top talent.
You should bring a deep understanding of the GTM landscape, a data-driven approach to recruiting, and the ability to act as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders. This is an opportunity to directly influence Ramp’s growth by attracting top-tier revenue talent and driving hiring excellence across our commercial functions.
Manage the recruiting process end-to-end for a variety of sales roles and functions
Drive offer processes for candidates, including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders
Establish yourself as a strategic partner to the business with the ability to advise and execute our talent strategy
Leverage data and metrics to inform decisions, provide insights, and optimize recruiting performance
Provide an unmatched candidate experience that is fair, transparent, and timely
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles
Proven success hiring in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Ability to operate efficiently in a high-volume environment
Ability to organize around competing priorities and navigate frequent context changes
Excellent communication with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
High integrity, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative team spirit
Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated knowledge of GTM and Sales
Experience with our suite of recruiting tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Experience recruiting at a high-growth tech company or startup
