Fantastic product-market fit and totally ‘rocket ship’ energy. But relentless pace means constant change meaning sometimes it’s thrilling, other times it’s exhausting.

Promotion feels like a lottery tbh. Hiring is aggressive but roles feel competitive, demoralizing even for top performers.
