Skills: Experience with LMS, Microsoft Office, eLearning tools, strong communication and project management abilities, and data-driven evaluation skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field with a minimum of 10 years in learning and development; certifications like CPLP or CPTD are a plus.
