We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships to drive strategic collaborations that accelerate growth through co-selling opportunities and co-branded marketing initiatives. This person will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to identify, develop, and manage partnerships that amplify our brand reach and generate new revenue streams.

✅ What You'll Do

  • Build and nurture high-impact relationships with technology companies, VCs, and private equity firms aligned with our growth objectives

  • Develop and lead co-selling and co-marketing programs that expand market reach and drive qualified pipeline

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design go-to-market strategies with partner organizations

  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring clear mutual value and seamless execution

  • Define KPIs, track performance, and communicate results across the organization, providing insights for continuous optimization

🧠 What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances

  • Proven experience building and scaling partnership ecosystems, from initial outreach to sustained revenue generation

  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority

  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a bias toward action

  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or B2B technology environments

💸 Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $150,000–$190,000

  • OTE: $250,000-$300,000

  • Medical, Dental & Vision: 100% covered

  • PTO: 28 days

🧭 Our Process

  • Our first step is a 30-minute recruiter chat

  • If that goes well, you'll meet with our VP of Sales for 45 minute interview

  • If that goes well, you'll complete and present a take-home assignment

  • If that goes well, you’ll chat with our CEO

  • If that goes well, you join us full-time 🎉
