Growth Engineer
Skills
- 5+ years in Software/Growth Engineering, Product Analytics, or Revenue Operations in a B2B tech environment
- Advanced SQL expertise and practical Python experience for data pipelines and automation
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL and real-time data systems
- Experience with CRMs and lead systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and related integrations
- Familiarity with automation/integration platforms (Workato, Zapier, Retool, AWS Lambda)
- Experience with analytics/BI tools (e.g., Looker) and implementing attribution/experimentation systems
- Strong documentation, communication, and process-oriented skills
- Comfortable working onsite in San Mateo, CA
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical backbone for growth: enable engineers, analysts, and marketers to test, iterate, and scale initiatives.
- Own and optimize lead ingestion, enrichment, lifecycle tracking, routing, and real-time signal logic.
- Design and build scalable infrastructure and automated workflows to support experimentation and attribution.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and marketing to implement technical solutions.
- Translate growth hypotheses into robust, automated system workflows and reduce manual steps.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines and real-time data systems to support growth logic and analytics.
- Develop integrations and automations across CRM, engagement platforms, dashboards, and APIs.
- Implement complex event-driven workflows (webinars, product launches, intent-triggered experiments).
- Monitor funnels and key metrics using BI tools to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field OR equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (Master's) preferred but not required
