This role owns pipeline and revenue impact for customer expansion, developing creative, data-driven programs that fuel upsell and cross-sell.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking marketer who experiments with new tactics and technologies, including AI-driven insights and personalization, to uncover smarter, more effective ways to reach and inspire customers. You’ll collaborate across Campaigns, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Advocacy to deliver impactful, customer-centric campaigns that drive growth and loyalty.
