Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of operational and strategic initiatives for the Supplemental & Group division
- Partner with business ops, product, IT, compliance, and sales support to ensure process readiness and change adoption
- Design, maintain, and train teams on tools, resources, SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation
- Develop and manage project communication plans, resource hubs, and training logistics
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and provide timely updates, structured content, and learning materials
- Monitor process adoption, engagement, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Support partner and channel enablement for TPAs, agents, and internal teams and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns
Education
- H.S. Diploma or GED (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred)
