Skills
- 6+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS with enterprise focus
- Deep technical expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Hands-on knowledge of authentication protocols: OIDC, SAML, SCIM, SSO
- Experience implementing MFA and advanced authentication workflows
- Familiarity with compliance and audit logging requirements (GDPR, CCPA)
- Strong analytical skills and experience defining product metrics
- Proven experience integrating with enterprise identity providers (Okta, Azure Entra, Google Workspace)
Responsibilities
- Design scalable user and group management solutions for complex enterprise organizational structures
- Define and drive implementation of IAM features including RBAC, MFA, SSO, and provisioning (SCIM)
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and stakeholders to deliver secure, usable access workflows
- Build privacy and compliance controls aligned to GDPR, CCPA, and enterprise audit requirements
- Collect customer feedback and usage data to iterate on features for adoption and scalability
- Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and report progress to stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Advanced degree (Master's, MBA) preferred
