Padlet is all about the people! Everyone there is an enthusiastic self-starter who shows up each day to get good work done. The mission statement for Padlet is simply to make a good product that makes lives better. I never encountered any ego while working there -- this ethos is the only thing that matter. If you're ever struck by an idea that you believe would make a positive impact, you'll instantly get a dozen teammates eager to volunteer to work on it with you. It's hard to work at Padlet and not feel inspired every day.Cons
